Description
Liberon Gilt Cream is an easy-to-apply gilt finish used to retouch damaged gilding or to gild new surfaces. Available in a range of intermixable colours, it is suitable for restoring old gilding work and for giving a gilt finish to new surfaces.
With a more generous application, it provides a beautiful gloss surface through which underlying finishes and wood grain can be seen, changing in intensity with the way the light falls on it. Apply the cream with fingers, a rag or a soft brush. When dry, which can take up to 24 hours, the cream can be buffed with a soft cloth.
Coverage: 0.5m² per 30ml.
Location: Interior.
Dry Time: 24 hours.
Application: Cotton Cloth or Small Brush.
Tool Cleaning: White Spirit.
Warning: keep jars tightly closed, if cream goes hard warm very gently, and add some pure turpentine.
Each jar contains 30ml.
