V Nails (Hand tools & Minigraf) – 400 Pack

V Nails are used to join the mitred corners of a frame together, they are inserted with either a manual or pneumatic underpinner. They are available in a range of sizes to suit the varying depths of moulding used. Choose NORMAL for softwood mouldings or HARD for softwoods and hard wood mouldings.

Each pack contains 400 pieces.

NB These are suitable for all hand tools including the Logan Studio Joiner & Alpha Minigraf underpinner. Designed in Italy.

Power Twist V-Nails for Alfamacchine are 11mm wide and fit underpinners manufactured by Alfamacchine including: U200, U300, U300p, U400s, U500, U600, Minigraf and AMP.

The shape of Power Twist V Nails, twists outwards as the V Nail is inserted into the moulding, which then pulls the join tightly together once inserted as it contracts to return to its original shape.

A silicone formula is used to stack the wedges rather than adhesive, to avoid jamming.

The silicone also acts as a lubricant, ensuring V Nails slide smoothly into the moulding.

The silicone on the V Nail strips is colour coded for easy identification. Clear for Normal & Brown for Hardwood.
