Spacers are used to add a gap between the glass and artwork, other uses include creating space for a 3d object or add extra visual interest to a frame through depth or introduce more colour to a framed piece.
Available as plastic, wood or mount spacers. To lift the glass away from artwork, try the 1.5mm Econospacer (plastic).
If you would like to spray paint the spacers for a visual effect, the wooden spacers would be best.
